Passionate About Helping Others

As a parent of a 37 year old woman with special needs, I understand how difficult it can be to find safe, affordable, secure housing. Using the experience I've gained over the last 24 years, in my real estate career, I have developed a program that helps adults with special needs find appropriate housing. So we, as care givers, can sleep easier knowing our loved ones will be settled into a Home To Call Their Own.
Since 2017, using my experience as an investor/landlord, coupled with my knowledge of funding sources and the compassion I have for tenants with special needs, I have developed a program that helps Special People like you, who love and care for adults with special needs, find appropriate housing, rentals and even a home of their own.
From the time I was a little girl, I've felt strongly about the need to look out for the "underdog", the people who struggle with major obstacles in their lives.
I was 8 when I held my 1st fundraising event, a circus to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy. I gathered the kids in my neighborhood to join me. Our parents paid to watch our acts & we donated the money.
Next was a bike-a-thon, riding 25 miles, I donated the money I earned from my sponsors, to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

At 16, I spent four weeks at a summer camp for young kids with special needs - that was the best month of my childhood.

In 2013, my husband, Vinnie and I opened 2 Smiles Ice Cream Shop. Our mission was to hire people with special needs, expanding job opportunities in the community. We received Abilities First "Business of the Year Award" in 2014 - thrilled to have successfully reached our goal. Due to my husbands health, we had to close, which has lead me to my true calling ~
